Roads and Parking Information

 

1.  There will be a cross-country track meet at the Vandergriff Park this weekend.  (They are usually gone by 10:00 or 11:00)

2.  Parking ‘should’ be OK – both of the lots adjacent to the building (north and south sides) are open.  The baseball field lot is open.  Overflow parking will be in the grass, on the north side of the building.

3.  The roads are still under construction and are a mess.  The entrance on the east side of the Center is still "2-way" for the road on the north side of the building and the south road is still closed from the convention center building over to Center Street.  

4.  VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS WITH TRAILERS:  After you have off loaded your cargo, please move your trailer and vehicle to one of the designated parking areas.  DO NOT remain in the unloading parking area on the south side of the convention center building.

 

I don’t think we will have any problems with parking if we all are patient and work together.
